Hi guys, Today I decided to check for Windows updates. It said there was one update available which is kb5000802. When I try to install it I am getting an error message. There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x800f0988) I have tried Google searching for suggestions on how to fix the problem. I have tried deleting the SoftwareDistrobution folder and rebooting. The error is still present. I also tried downloading the standalone update and updating. However, it fails as well. Has anyone else had trouble with this update? Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this problem? Thanks, Rocky
