Troubleshoot Problem screen vibrate

Hi i have a big problem. Is like, my screen start vibrate in windows 7 but in windows 8 nothing happens. Help!! and fast awnser please i want to know because i want to format!

What? your screen vibrates? I've never seen or heard or even read about this kind of issue. Make sure your monitor wires are all connected with force.

Hello,

As @altanz suggested, please install/update a Windows 7 compatible video graphics driver. If you're using a CRT monitor, please check if your monitor refresh rate is high (Please check this article - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/correct-monitor-flicker-refresh-rate#1TC=windows-7)

What? I still have never heard of screen vibration problem. Are you using different PCs? What do you mean by "This happens in Windows 8 and not in Windows 7"?

Check your refresh rate is set to 60 hertz. Check your video drivers.
