I downloaded the hitmanpro, and did everything according to the tutorial. Never used it, but when I followed the instructions given just like in Remove Paysafecard "computer blocked" virus (Police Scam), there is no activate free license. But instead, before I clicked next, it said "unable to create restore point. System restore could be disabled. Would you like to continue removing malicious software anyway?"

Because of that, I tried some other ways.
It seems like I can't download the malwarebytes. Soooo I downloaded the Kaspersky TDSS Killer.
When I scanned using that, it says

But when I scanned using hitmanpro (though I can't remove it using hitmanpro)
It still says

SO PLEASE HELP :'(

p/s: After I scanned using Kaspersky, I tried restarting my laptop. But it won't restart. So do I have to log it off and then turn it on again? What if my laptop's locked after that? #STILLHAVEN'TCLOSEDMYLAPTOPEVERSINCETHATSTUPIDSCAMPOPPEDUP

Hello,

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.
Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

  • Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Press Scan button.

  • It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply.
  • The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.
