What is the best alternative task manager please?
Process Explorer, Process Hacker, or System Explorer?

Process Explorer got my vote.
1, you can verify image signatures of running programs.
2, it has VirusTotal built in.
3, you can use it as a taskmanager replacement.

System Explorer. Been using it since (version 1.5) I can't remember when. It's more on familiarity with the software.
As I use Process Explorer, how does it compare to it? And can Comodo Killswitch be downloaded standalone, without Comodo Cleaning Essentials?
I use Process Explorer and i´m satisfied with it since ages 
You can find it alone if you search. I prefer it over Process Explorer IMO
My vote goes to Process Explorer. It's portable, free and easy to use. You can also replace Task Manager with it.
I did search, but it's not helpful to OP, hence asking you for a reason. Why vote for something without a reason?

Yes you are right, i didnt say a reason.
I preffer Comodo Killswitch beause you can select to view the untrusted processes or not. Although i used Process Explorer and its a solid option.
Process Hacker is an open source program.
I can't say which of them is better because they all do an excellent job in my opinion, but when I have the opportunity, then I try to use open souce software.

I used and loved Process Explorer from the first time I tried it .
But then I found Process Hacker and never looked back .
It's probably more suited to people who are already well familiar with Process Explorer.

Thanks for providing a reason, and I see that CCE is portable and can be extracted for standalone use. That's a bonus. OP = original poster.
To confirm, Comodo KS is still based on Process Hacker?
My vote goes to Process Explorer. It`s free to use, light, portable. It has VirusTotal built in and much more useful options.
According to this recent post, it seems Comodo KS is an extension of Process Hacker.

COMODO KS is indeed based on Process Hacker.
I've found that Process Hacker is much more effective at terminating "quirkier" processes than Process Explorer is.

No such thing as best Task Manager. All three have unique features\capabilities that the others do not. For example, System Explorer can create system snapshots and you can compare them. The other two don't offer this.
It really is a personal decision.

Why does Windows Task Manager give lower RAM values? When you compare, Windows Task Manager will usually say that a given process is using less RAM.
Different memory values between Working Set, Private Bytes, etc.
