For me, the test should be such that the advantages and disadvantages of the solutions used by Eset and Bitdefender should be pointed out. For some reason, these two solutions use completely different paths. The test would determine which is better or worse and who is better or worse. It seems to me that Bitdefender is still a bit better, but there is no evidence for this. On paper, Eset seems more advanced, but we have known only Bitdefender in the fight for years and we know that its technologies work. Bitdefender has never really had compromising results in tests. It is best to test to a result of 2:0 for one solution, because one test can only be the luck of one or the other.
