Ok made the reg file and clicked merge. I got a message from registry editor stating "Cannot import c:\users\AJ\Desktop\fix.reg. Error accessing the registry.
Edit: I restarted my computer to see if that would allow me access. It didn't work, but for some reason I can access the internet again. Mbam is still showing 3 threats in it's scan.
