What security software do you have installed? I imagine it's something like that or random MS update files!

OSArmor used to create random files like that, but not in temp.

I haven't seen them, but there have been been posts on malware removal help forum on BleepingComputer with such files, and analysis with HybridAnalysis; they haven't been tagged as being malware files:

  • Location of files is C:/ProgramData or a subfolder of that directory?
  • Where did you obtain the picture of the similar files from?
  • Have you attempted opening any with NotePad to view the contents?
  • Have you attempted viewing content with HEX or binary viewer?
  • Have you uploaded any to VirusTotal?

Many applications create files and folders within "C:/ProgramData," and this directory is hidden for a reason. If you don't know exactly what each file contains, don't do anything that might cause Windows to crash. Scan the folder with your AV if you want.

PS: We can't help without knowing the files names and contents, and attaching a screenshot from another device won't help either.
