I also have the name that showed up on the website in the browser, pingbackanytime.xyz/ninja_creed/costing/index.php . I'm hoping someone can help me! Plus, our other computers using wi-fi in the house, are they safe?
Thanks!

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Press the Fix button just once and wait.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  • When finishes FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please attach it to your reply.

I got a Window that says FRST has stopped working and Windows will close the program and notify if a solution is available. I have not clicked on the Close program button yet.

I tried getting on the Internet and still can't. I checked network settings and it's still in airplane mode although the airplane mode says it's off. Can I throw the computer out the window? Haha

I also recall FRST saying it failed to update when I started it....could they affect the outcome?

No, having FRST unable to update isn't a issue with the tool itself.

Let's see what FSS says:

FarbarServiceScanner.png
Scan with Farbar Service Scanner

Download Farbar Service Scanner by Farbar and save it to your desktop.

  • Right-click on
    FarbarServiceScanner.png
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  • Make sure all of the options are checked!
  • Press Scan.
  • It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.

Please include that log in your next reply.

You have Internet. I don't know why you cannot access it.
My computer was put into "Airplane Mode" and I can't get it out of that mode. The settings say "airplane mode" is off but I know that's what is preventing me from connecting to the internet.

Upon further inspection, it just seems to be the Microsoft Edge browser that won't connect to the internet. I was able to reinstall Chrome and so far, it seems to be working! I still can't get the "Airplane Mode" to go away though.

I apologize taking so long to respond. I'm in the process of moving..... I did try those options with no luck. I haven't had much time to investigate but so far it just seems that Microsoft Edge refuses to open. I rarely used it anyway. As long as everything else is working, I can live with that. Thank you so much for your help!
