This is my configuration.

Edit: I'm change EIS to Kaspersky Total Security, and add Zemana AntiMalware.

Looks fine to me. But may i suggest Zemana Antimalware free as an extra on demand scanner.

I honestly have nothing to add. I've never used "AdFender", does it work well? Have you used ADGUARD, uBlock, if so, how does it compare in your eyes? Thanks for sharing your config.

AdFender work just perfect, it block alot of ads ( u can use as sustitute to extension if u want ) just give a try and tell us ur opinion if u wish

I used Adguard, but sometimes made me problems ( v.6.0, v.5.0 was ok) , adfender is less effective but it does not cause me problems
