So I opened my laptop today to find a lovely little surprise. I attempted to boot from a USB with Hitman Kickstart, but it could not do so. I also attempted to boot in Safe Mode to either 1) Download MalwareBytes or 2) Create a secondary user account but just got stuck on a black screen both times. I finally succeeded in running FRST64 with the Command Prompt, and I'm hoping for a fixlist.txt to solve the problem. Thank you in advance! Edit: Turns out I can open new windows and browse from there. Disabled Javascript and was able to close the tab, not sure if my system is entirely clean, but it's working as of now. Have not yet tried to boot in any Safe Modes.
