Hello all,

I ran into an issue with clicking a link on a website that had a third party link to which it was a type of popup malware in which you need to click x / esc to close the window or restart computer. Anyways after I restarted my computer maybe a week or so later I could not open my task manager, error "Task manager has stopped working". I added .old to the register folder of task manager, didn't work. I ran rkill, malwarebytes, emsisoft kit, hitman pro, super anti malware, ccleaer etc.. and had detected some files, deleted those. Still doesn't work, so I came here hoping there's a way to fix this issue caused by the malware or if there's still malware.

I finally found an error to what's causing the task manager to fail, in the addition txt. Looks like it has been corrupted :/ I tried sfc /scanfile=C:\Windows\system32\taskmgr.exe, not working.
