I have unistalled AVG as it was trying to introduce a new network or something but search has found 1120 files relating to AVG and I can't remove them. I would appreciate any advice please.

Thank you both. it seems to have worked all search is throwing up now is tons of AVGremove. the rest went in recycle bin now emptiedd
I now have to decide on another antivirus protection and also really clean up my pc as it's so slow with unresposive script warnings all the time, freezing and I've also lost my sound. I've been trying to sort it but I'm not techy and it's probably got years of junk on it. I run cccleaner and malwarebytes almost daily but still sluggish.
