Removing Tuvaro and other unknown malware

Download attached fixlist.txt on the same location as FRST (otherwise the fix won't work)
NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to the operating system

Open FRST, and click Fix. Attach me that report after it is finished.

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save to your Desktop.

Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click on the Scan button.
  • After the scan has finished click on the Clean button.

Press OK when asked to close all programs and follow the onscreen prompts.
Press OK again to allow AdwCleaner to restart the computer and complete the removal process.

  • After rebooting, a logfile report (AdwCleaner[S0].txt) will open automatically.
  • Post logfile will also be saved in the C:\AdwCleaner folder.

Here is the adware report.
The computer is functioning well, with the exception that we still have Tuvaro coming up with Firefox. We don't have to use Firefox. Also we still have one account on the computer that doesn't have access to the internet (we get an error that says unable to connect to proxy server). But, we don't have use that user account on the computer.

Thanks for all your help. That did allow me to reset the proxy server for that user.

Also, I realized that I could probably eliminate the Tuvaro homepage on Firefox issue by uninstalling and then re-installing Firefox--and that worked too.
