Good configuration the only thing that I would recommend is Adblock Plus for Firefox.
Edit: Didn't see you already had an adblocker.

EAM does work but you will need to set exclusions etc.

Have you considered Panda Antivirus Pro?

Also, what HDD defrag utility do you use?

Have you considered using Norton DNS? If you wish to try different DNS, there is a tool called DNS Jumper which I recommend.
