Great configuration!! Simple and clean..
I'd just add one more on-demand scanner..

I would suggest updating to ESET Nod32 version 8 and add an on demand scanner(s) such as MBAM,HMP or EEK.
Looks very good though!! Thanks for sharing your config :)

(Someone can say what is MBAM, HMK, and EMK? :) )
I'm already using CCleaner.
I'll update my AV, as soon as the language files is done for my language (hungarian). :)
