Troubleshoot safefinder

Can't seem to find a way to rid chrome browser of this. Tried all the methods one finds if you google how to get rid of it, looking for someone a lot smarter than me to help

Can you copy chrome://policy into the URL bar and click Enter, then check if there are policies loaded in Chrome.
