Troubleshoot ''Save as'' window crashing applications

Briefly explain your current issue(s)

When i right click ''save as'' the pop up window that appear is crashing the application

Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

sfc /scannow
ADW cleaner
MBAM scan
Fix context menu and windows shell with Ultra Virus Killer

Operating system: Windows 7 x64 service pack 1

When i right click ''save as'' the pop up window that appear is crashing some applications such as:
- FL Studio
- Mixmeister
- 360 Total security (trying to add programs to whitelist)
- Private Firewall (trying to add programs to whitelist)

FL Studio and Mixmeister worked perfectly some days ago......
360 total security and private firewall - didn't work at first place so uninstalled.

I suspect corrupt file association or windows shell extension.

Steps i made to fix the problem:
sfc /scannow (in safe mode) worked ok, but didn't fix the problem
ADW Cleaner scan - found some registry files but didn't fix the problem
MBAM scan - nothing found
Context menu and windows shell fixes with Ultra Virus Killer - worked ok, didn't fix the problem

NOTE: ''Save as'' option works well in all my other applications

1. how about reinstalling those applications. this may solve the problem
2. Some other application that is running in memory is causing the crash. how about doing the "save as " in safe mode

Did you consider to make a system restore on the time where do you think its not replicating Save As Windows crashing?

Did the sfc /scannow find integrity violations and not fix them? Or system file corruption is not the issue?

Reistalling of applications solve nothing unfortunately.....

I tried system restore but i got BSOD.........VERY WEIRD!!!!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH all of you my friends......it seems that a clean reinstall of windows will solve the problem for good......
