Having three real-time solutions is unnecessary and likely to cause a hit to performance and possible conflict if you run into malware. I'd suggest dropping either Zemana or Malwarebytes (I'd ditch Malwarebytes personally) and use it as an on-demand scanner instead.

NIS is more than enough.
I would use ZAL as on demand and drop MBAM with the other other on demand scanners.
