I recommend you a good backup plan for data and operating system.
You can use Windows default or Macrium Reflect free to create your system images.

You are well protected.

See if you can get an external hard drive or something, so you can do system image backups. They are magical, they can save you from so much grief.
Use Macrium Reflect or Aomei, or anything, just do it.

You have a secure Windows 10 config!
Even with SD I would recommend a system & data backup solution.
To lighten your config you could use just 360 or VoodooShield with Windows Defender.
You could also consider eliminating some system utilities since CCleaner is usually more than enough.

Updated. I uninstalled VS, I changed UAC to the max, HTTPS installed on all browsers, I installed EaseUS Todo Beckup free and I already did a system image, a copy of my files and a Windows 10 repair disk. Am I safe? Thank you all for the recommendations!
