Set up new window tablet

Hello eveyone,
I got a window tablet with z8350 and 2gb of ram. I planned to use it for sufing internet, watch youtube, read pdf. Spec is quite low. So I need an opinion over
1. what browser should I use (consuming less ram)
2. KFA Evjl config + CMF CS config ( Is it secure enough) or other suggestion accepted
3. ublock origin custom filters suggestion (which make optimal performance and secure)

For Browser: Use Cent Browser
For AV : Use Avast Free AV+Hardened Mode Enabled, No need for CF
That will consume less RAM, I hope it will helps
