Shadow defender malware

I can't start up the computer even if using safe mode. So I cannot run any of the scans that you request. I do not know if this is the proper forum for this, but since I tried shadow defender based on the posting from this website I hope you can help me find a way to get my computer to start up again. Thank you

I appreciate the tip, but I have a variety of virtualization and rollback software. I didnt, use them because i thought this was trusted software. Oh well, any suggestions for startup repair.
