I'm also unable to go to my home page of google.com, b/c this interferes and redirects me to Yahoo Search.</p><p>Steps taken in order to remove the infection:</p><p>I removed that site from Chrome (Home page), I deleted it as a search engine option in chrome. I uninstalled chrome. reinstalled chrome. However, there seems to be a message with some of the downloads that states something like, "these were made specifically for this particular machine... using it could harm your machine..." Otherwise, I would have just grabbed those and tried them, before bugging you with the same (similar?) issue you've already solved for someone else.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Please, help...
