Solved Slow Boot Up - Windows 8.1 Update

Last time i Installed my Windows around 6 months before or more, Now a days boot up of Windows 8.1 is similar to that of my Windows 7.
What could be the cause.

There is not Program which run at Startup.
Really I am not able to find what could be the problem.

all softwares supposed to speed the system does NOTHING better than what you can do yourself; just placebo thing...

Do you consider this a true statement for extensions as well?
If so, I've a feeling I'll be surfing lighter from now on.

Some extensions just give you a GUI for hidden settings in the browser.
