[QUOTE="Sam Turbo, post: 209121, member: 23670"] My laptop has been slow for some time. It takes up to 7 minutes to boot, log onto my user and open Outlook. If I try to open say Firefox then that also takes too much time. I have NOrton 360 and Spybot Search and Destroy installed and often run scans. Very rarely will any malicious software show up and then only after it has been cleaned. So according to those two programs I do not have any virus or malware. Norton also "tunes up" my computer. Finally, Norton often says that I have "High Memory, High Disk Write and HIgh Disk Read Usage" by Windows Services, Firefox, Outlook, etc. I do not know why that would be since I seldom have more than 3 programs running at the same time (Skype, Outlook, Firefox).
