Advice Request software to track operating system change??

Hi Everybody,
anyone knows a good piece software used to track changes before and after installation of software (registry entries and file changes ,startup services,etc) and record these changes to able to uninstall a specific software completely and track operating system changes
if it is open source or free will be preferred.
simple GUI and easy to use
