Solved [Solved] display driver crashes!

I am using windows 7 64 bit...But my original OS was vista...For the past one month I experience this problem that "Display driver Windows Vista(R) has crashed and has been recovered"....Someone please help me regarding this...
MY CONFIG:
Win 7
4gb RAM
intel dual core processor

That would be the first start I would try as well.

Actually I don't know how to find what my graphics card is!From the image can someone tell the name of my graphics card....How to update it?

i think this should be your Driver
but before trying this can you tell me, do you have any windows update notification regarding your graphics driver??

The latest display driver is version: 15.​17.​18.​64.​2555 Dated: 10/19/2011

Download and install the updated driver as posted here:

i think this should be your Driver
