First, My English is not very good ( Google on Translate ) (why? Kaspersky Small Office Security) : Kaspersky 'understanding of a lot of money, the better the security is.

I'm sorry for the translation:))

RE: SqooK^ Config

If you like Kaspersky you change to their internet security.

RE: SqooK^ Config

I suggest you change browser too as Opera are not known for patching things too quickly! You have a nice config though I must say, so not much more can add apart from changing browser to a more secure one along with a few well known add-ons/extensions. :)

What is the most commonly used security solution in Turkey? Would of thought it'd been Comodo surely given that the CEO is actually turkish! ;)

RE: SqooK^ Config

AyeAyeCaptain (: you're right

İnternet Security what your suggest

RE: SqooK^ Config

Firefox browser along with...
WOT
ABP
NoScript
Ghostery

Job done, or you could go with Chrome or Dragon (v15 of dragon is lightning fast) as they have their tabs sandboxed, firefox don't ave that but I still find that does not matter given the add-ons you can use.... As for IE, sorry does not matter which version it is, cannot seem to get the thought of the browser been tied to the OS no matter how hard they try to tell us it's not...

Keep ya Active... /.exe to yaself thanks hehe.

How are you finding Wondershare? Actually have free license, but not got round to testing it yet.

RE: SqooK^ Config

Thanks All (: Wondershare beatiful :) ,easy to use and previously tried

Security, what your suggest??

RE: SqooK^ Config

Comodo Internet Security / CIS, it's also FREE and offers a good degree of protection.. I see you know of Comodo as you use CCE which is an amazing new tool that is really going places! :)

RE: SqooK^ Config

Thank you :) I prefer Kaspersky:) comodo brings me much trouble

RE: SqooK^ Config

I use KIS too (simple enough to turn on and forget for complete novice users) on one of the family machines on my network... out of interest which was the last version you tried and why did it bring you trouble?

RE: SqooK^ Config

Can I ask to why you disabled UAC? :)

RE: SqooK^ Config

A pretty secure config in my opinion. I'd rather suggest that you move in to Mozilla Firefox since they release new versions more frequently than Opera does and it does offer a lot of addons which can help improve your security.

RE: SqooK^ Config

You are using KIS 2012 right? If yes , you can use this guide to increase Kaspersky's protection.

Additional browser protection:
WOT (Free) - link
To help you avoid malicious sites you can use Web of Trust (WOT) a website rating browser plugin. After you add it to your browser make sure you only visit websites rated "Green" by WOT

LastPass (Free) - link
LastPass is an online password manager and form filler that makes web browsing easier and more secure.

PS. Welcome aboard!
