Comodo's Cleaning Essentials now version 2.4 (can be updated within program)
Suggest Bitdefender trafficlight for web filter for Chrome as additional security layer, scriptno and maybe Sandboxie free.

A site advisor like : Norton Safe Web or WOT and a password manager like Lastpass or Norton Identity Safe.

I wouldn't say you need to add anything, unless you're interested with using EMET and how it works, and/or using a web filter such as BitDefender TrafficLight or Panda URL Filter.
Other-than that, it looks like you know what you're doing.

Good addition especially you have a children using the computer for surfing everyday under of categories that was tweak would be blocked.
