Advice Request Stable or ESR version of Firefox

Now that Firefox stable is version 81 and ESR been pushed with version 78.3, question:
Which version you use?

Version 80 and 81 has new features that ESR doesnt have

Note however that ESR does have bug fixes.

i.e, the new ESR release contains:

• Fixed a bug on Windows for ESR releases: "On Windows, when loading a LNK file via a local file, the link was not redirected to the target".

I personally been using ESR since 68

I have been using always the latest stable Firefox, but I like to switch periodically my browsers (Brave, Edge, Firefox).

I use Mozilla Firefox 81.0, it is not as speedy as Edge or Chrome but it is a formidable Browser, the new Waterfox is not bad either.
