Briefly explain your current issue(s)
Slow startup after signing onto account on windows. Laptop is only 5 months old so it shouldn't have any slow problems... had some small infections before but they were removed
Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful
Ran malwarebytes, avast and malwarebytes rootkit to scan for infections. Posted on the malware forum and they found no malware and told me to come here.

I agree with the above posts,if these Toshiba programs start with Windows you should disable them.
My opinion is that with Windows should start the AV and a few necessary programs like Bluetooth.
Don't worry about Toshiba Programs i had the same issue with Sony and when i disable thes programs from start up my boot time was improved a lot.
I hope i have helped;):).

Fiona, one more point. It always pays to create a Restore Point before changing settings. If you break the boot, no big deal, you can restore to that point via F8 advanced boot options during boot up.
