Hello jack thank you for initiating the first step of malware removing with me. However, i cannot get combo fix to complete its scan....it opted for me to download and install the windows recovery software, which i did, then it prepared to scan, followed by scanning. It stated it would be less than 10 minutes but could double the time for heavily infected machines. Giving the program the benefit of the doubt...i let it run for 2 hrs and it did nothing (as per your advice i didnt click the mouse button the entire time). I rebooted and attempted to run the program again, which immediately started scanning and hung there for another 40 minutes until i turned it off. I was hoping to get the logs to you tonight but its just not working for me! Thoughts and advice? Thank you!
