Yep, ESET is pretty light and pretty good AV.
Confused a little with yours : "
  • Notify me only when programs try to make changes to my computer (Do not dim my desktop)
  • Never notify (Disable UAC)
What do you mean with those two?

Also, add some Chrome extensions like some Adblocker and Password Manager. Maybe some second opinion malware scanner like Malwarebytes or HitmanPro
Thanks for sharing your configuration :)

What edition of Windows 7 are you running : Starter, Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate or Entreprise ?
What was your last known malware infection ?
I'm also confused on your current UAC status. If it's really disabled, why ?
Also, is your "Deepscan" on "On-demand scanners" the deepscan from ESET ? What edition (package) of ESET are you running ?
I strongly suggest you to install a real On-demand scanner (Antimalware mostly) like Malwarebytes, maybe HitmanPro.
Also, as plugins, I would ad AdBlockers (like AdBlock or AdBlock Plus), WOT, HTTPSEverywhere, Ghostery, etc.

SP1? ESET Nod 32 Antivirus or Smart Security ? I would add CCleaner or Privazer. Thanks for sharing :)
