Stubborn myhoroscopepro

Hello,
I have followed all steps in this post Remove My Horoscope Tab Browser Hijacker (Virus Removal Guide) to try and remove the myhoroscopepro hijacker, however it hasn't resolved the issue. I have also ensured that sync is off and then completed the process again, and still facing the issue.

I have uploaded the FRST reports as required.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool SearchAll

• Right click on FRST and select Run as administrator
• Copy/paste the following in the Search: box

SearchAll: myhoroscopepro

• Click Search Files
• When completed click OK and a Search.txt document will open on your desktop
• Zip and upload the file here

• Search report
