SvcHost.exe Hollow Process - Please Help

I'm having trouble with a hollowed svchost.exe and it seems related to newcityinworld.ru

Like most of the other posts it creates 2 processes. Both, void in name. Taking up +55% CPU on the first and 0.5% on the second. The strange thing about this is they didn't appear until after I removed the infected chrome extension. I've tried removing it several times to no avail and could really use some help...

Fix with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

This fix was created for this user for use on that particular machine.

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

• Right-click on
  
  icon and select
  
  Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
• Press the Fix button just once and wait.
• If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
• When finishes FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

It seems to have worked now. However, I'm still seeing over 50% Memory usage on idle after restarting... Possible memory leaks?

You've got only 4GB of RAM memory. That isn't enough for modern Operating Systems.

I figured out the problem... 2 of my ram chips have corroded pins... I had 8GB... Gonna be installing some new ram soon but I wanted to thank you for fixing my problem. You have got to be one of the best on here! Seriously my dude, You're awesome!

Please re-run Farbar Recovery Scan Tool to give me a fresh look at your system.

• Right-click on
  
  icon and select
  
  Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
• Make sure that Addition.txt option is checked.
  
  
  
  
  
• Press Scan button and wait.
• The tool will produce two logfiles on your desktop: FRST.txt and Addition.txt.
