Hello once again and sorry to bother you again, but last time when the problem was fixed, it lasted for only a few days. Once again my system has gone slow and many unknown programs are running in background. I have attached FRST log.Thanks.

I tried to search for SafeKill antivirus and I got malware warning when tried to enter their website. My suggestion is to uninstall it at least temporary until we see what is going on.

I uninstalled Safekill years ago. The main thing is that it is still there in my laptop. I tried my best but......... it has promised to stay forever in my laptop. Thanks for replying. :)

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Press the Fix button just once and wait.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  • When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please attach it to your reply.

Thanks Eagle, it is running fast now. but when I try to install Windows Update manually, it shows "Update is not applicable to your computer" , though I know it has to be updated. What shall I do. I update by using 360 Patch Up. It generates a list and then go to Microsoft's official download page and download the updates. I do this because when I turn on Windows Update in the Control panel it uses a high amount of disk, CPU as well as RAM, maybe around 80% of each. Thanks for replying.

I am not sure what to say. You have 64-bit operating system installed on PC with only Total physical RAM: 1747.53 MB that is not advisable. Under 2GB of ram memory, the better option is 32-bit OS because it consumes less memory.

Anyhow, your PC isn't infected.
