Solved Sweet Page re-direct

I have had the user run TM Housecall and clear all data and reset browsers to default, the problem still persists. I was just wondering if the steps and programs listed in the how to remove page work easily?
My father is not fluent in computer and quick to anger and as I am trying to get him to fix this from 1000klm away, I need to find the easiest solution for him (one click would be preferable), however, I would appreciate muchly any advice on solving this issue.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.
Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

• It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply.

Having problems here, security will not allow it to run at all, TM and Windows both prevent it from starting.

Hi, sorry, have bypassed widows, and scanned. Files attached. These are from my machine, thought it best to run through this myself before getting dear old dad to try. He is very suspicious of anything now.

Download attached fixlist.txt on the same location as FRST (otherwise the fix won't work)

Open FRST, and click Fix. Attach me that report after it is finished.

• The following will implement some post-cleanup procedures:

=> Please download DelFix by Xplode to your Desktop.

Run the tool and check the following boxes below;

Remove disinfection tools

Create registry backup

Purge System Restore
Click Run button and wait a few seconds for the programme completes his work.
At this point all the tools we used here should be gone. Tool will create an report for you (C:\DelFix.txt)

The tool will also record healthy state of registry and make a backup using ERUNT program in %windir%\ERUNT\DelFix
Tool deletes old system restore points and create a fresh system restore point after cleaning.
