I have joined this forum to try to recover my daughter's laptop from a ransonware virus.

Hi, Welcome global forum of MalwareTips.

I had this problem and a few months and i solved the Ramsonware virus with Kaspersky rescue 10.
First, download Kaspersky rescue 10 on official of Kaspersky.
Second, Install Daemon Lite free for install this program on DVD.
3, When you run Dvd Player go to the BIOS Settings to configure run first the DVD device.
4, turn on infected laptop with dvd record and wait for instrucions.
NOTE: visit youtube.com for another instrutions.

I do not work with Chrome along time a go but i choose the new developper browser of the Google: SRWare ion. It´s nice and runs well.
