In extensions:

Emsisoft Browser Security, LastPass, UBlock Origin, [McAfee extensions list here], Avira

If you have Avira as AV (and MS SmartScreen or Google Safe Browsing) you shouldn't need Emsisoft and McAfee extensions.

You may try to harden the system against scripts (Avira not so good detecting/stopping them) using tools such as NVT SysHardener or Hard_Configurator (@Andy Ful)...
