Be sure to use the full trial period to check if it interferes with anything you need. There’s no perfect solution, but the chances of encountering something that bypasses your chosen protection are slim—unless you run everything you come across on the internet.

I agree, AV-Comparatives with F-Secure so many times in the past the real time protection was there, it was their FP's that dropped them down in the ranking. Real World Protection Test July-Oct 2024.

It is because false positives are considered a huge negative for the user and therefore heavily penalized in the scoring.

False positives are not that important, but you know, users cannot be expected to figure stuff out for themselves. So the software suffers as a result of users being inept and ignorant.
