Important note: We do
not allow piracy on this forum. If you want any assistance here, you are required to
remove any illegal programs from your system. If you continue using pirated software, your system will get infected again. So uninstall all pirated programs before you start.
I take it that you want to clean your system. Please let me know if you also want help to decrypt/recover your files. If you have a backup of your files or no important files were encrypted, we will concentrate on malware removal only.
Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) Scan
- Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (x64) and save the file to your Desktop.
- Double-click FRST64.exe to run the programme.
- Click Yes to the disclaimer.
- Ensure the Addition.txt box is checked.
- Click the Scan button and let the programme run.
- Upon completion, click OK, then OK on the Addition.txt pop up screen.
- Two logs (FRST.txt & Addition.txt) will now be open on your Desktop. Attach both logs in your next reply.
