Solved tinywall / windows firewall control

Hello yall....
I have a question about tinywall / windows firewall control ; since I decided to ditch bullguard internet security , for a lighter setup windows defender , with one of the two windows firewall controllers above.
My fear is that my internet connection will screw up again , like it did in the past! does anyone know here on mt how to prevent this?? ok I lied that I had one question , here is another one : which of these two programs is better , windows firewall control or tinywall??

I prefer Windows Firewall Notifier, it is much easier to work with.
