Hello
I would like to ask users if they like to add custom themes to Windows ( XP, Vista, 7 or even 8)
If yes what kind of theme you are using?

Thank you :)

I prefer themes from Microsoft store only. There are many third party themes which can be applied to Windows, if you patch windows files. I don't trust these vendors who patch system files. So better stick with themes from Microsoft only.

sometimes themes which need to set manually messed up with system, so watch out :)

Back in the old days yes, because it was necessary to patch systems files. But now there is UxStyle which is NOT patching files and runs as a service loading custom themes in memory.
The real RISK is to add custom theme PACKS in the form of (.exe) In that case you play with fire........

I use the default Windows 7 theme because to be honest, the short time I do spend on Windows I've normally either got an IDE or a game open full screen, I'd never get to appreciate it (not that I would anyway, I spend most of my time using Windows, trying to forget I'm using Windows, but then I can't stand the mac themes either and if I skinned Windows like Linux, I'd just end up shouting noob into the mirror until the boogie man came and put his finger up my nose) ;)

Ps. I know what you're thinking... Save it for MalwareTips After Dark.
