Recently tomtom switched the locations cloud from ‘MyDrive’ to ‘Plan.tomtom’ , since then a huge number of users lost all their locations on their tomtom device as well as in the tomtom iOS and Android applications. It looks like that the locations stored in the old cloud havn't been imported in their new location cloud ! Human tomtom Technical Support has no solution to fix this issue, the only option is to re-enter manually all your locations. The new ‘Plan.tomtom’ cloud is great but not user friendly for inexperienced users.
