Is it necessary to have both Microsoft Security Essentials and SecureAPlus? They would conflict, no?
Other than that, I would recommend 1-2 more on-demand scanners such as Crystal Security and Zemana AntiMalware Free and getting a backup solution such as Macrium Reflect to back your system up so you have a backup to go back to if anything does go wrong.

I would personally just use either SecureAPlus or Security Essentials. Also adding Zemana Anti-Malware for scanning is a good idea. NOTE: Malwarebytes-AntiRansomeware is protection and cannot scan the computer. :)

Well correct me if I'm wrong, SecureAplud remains to be a companion based product so like it should not provide any conflicts.

Well fine configuration, although consider backup habit.

I would like to suggest for a good free backup solution either Macrium Reflect or Aomei Backupper both are free and reliable. ;)

How did you get infected within the last 3 months?
Smartscreen for Windows 7 is "IE8 or later".
CCleaner would be more than enough and you could probably remove winoptimizer.
Consider a data and system back up solution.
Good config. Thanks for sharing it with us
