Tradeadexchange.com issue

Hello,

i need your help please.
I got since months the tradeadexchange.com issue.
Sometimes it opens a new Tap (Chrome-Browser) and redirect directly to a another random site.
I tried so many Tools and nothing worked...

Maybe u are able to help me out?
