Hello there, you have a good secure config but can i suggest something?
You can add zemana/emsisoft emergency kit/malwarebytes/hitman pro - choose any of these as your on-demand scanner as real-time protection is not on-demand scanner. Also consider adding https everywhere extension to your browser.

Add HTTPS Everywhere.

Recommendations:
1. Change uBlock to uBlockOrigins- It uses less CPU so more usage for other things!
2. Add HTTPS Everywhere- Since with HTTPS your info is more secure and confidential since because only your browser and server can decrypt the traffic!
3. Backup looks good but i would also prefer having another copy of Data, Like COMDO Backup Backup (Free)
Everything else looks good but also look for an on-demand scanner for real-time!

Consider adding an on demand scanner(s) as KTS is your real time protection and not an on demand scanner.
Back up important data to an external drive also if you do not already do that.
Please edit your config with changes.
