Testing this right now and I have to say the interface looks alot like metro. Nice and easy to navigate.

Well apart from the screenshots, there is not much that they have changed. They have added a Facebook scanner and what that does is that it scans all the links that you have on Facebook, meaning if someone sends you a link Trend will scan it and tell you if it's bad. It also has a new feature call the rescue disk and what that does is similar to others like Avast and Kaspersky, you can create a rescue CD and use it to restore your computer from what ever was infecting it.

Just doing the latest one now.
