Hi all, what is the best product between Trend Micro Maximum Security VS Avast Premier? It's about protection, performance and feature.

And the main question is which one do you recommend for me?

Trendmicro si bug free.
No BSOD.
No Windows update problems.
No false positives.
Very good cloud detection (Machine Learning)
Low PUA detection.
Slow navigation.

Avast si spyware. They collect and sold your browser habits.

Neither of these two is especially better than Windows defender.

What about behavior blocker? all of the product have Behavior Blocker? What about Behavior Blocker protection performance?

Honestly it's all down to your own personal preference. Both vendors have proven they offer adequate protection and it's always going to come down to a case-by-case basis on whether they'll wholly protect a system so there's little point worrying too much about the protection they afford.

I'd base the choice on whichever's cheaper, includes the features I want, runs better on my system and which product I prefer using.
I suggest using their 30-day free trails' so you can decide which one you favour.

Protection and Performance should be about the same across all tiers of their products, but features may differ.

What protection are you looking for, are you going to use 90% of included features, or are you already using your own password manager and backup? Do you use Android devices, or own multiple devices?

I have used Avast Premier (trial and licensed), but does everyone need it? No.

For example; Trend Micro comparison

avast with tweaks is definitely lighter on the most systems...there are no options @ TM.
about protection...the behavior blocker is in my opinion on the same level.
you can't be wrong with both av's....i would install a trial version and then make your own choice (y)

As with most of the rest of the comments, I'd say to go with Trend Micro. But, you can definitely try out the free trial for both and see which one you prefer, since detection is pretty similar.

Use both trials and decide thereafter
Pros (Trend Micro):
Excellent Cloud detection and Prevention
Top tier Web blocking against malicious and phishing
Machine Learning (BB) and thorough Blocking
Good Cleanup abilities
Overall Signatures are ok >>>> PAID
Pros (Avast)
Shares almost all with Trend
Behaviour Blocker is OK but does the job perfectly
Aggressive Hardened mode provides excellent protection >>>> FREE

Cons:
Lacks Disinfection and Repair Capabilities (BOTH)
Trend works with Windows Firewall (Booster)
Both are pretty light softwares.
Verdict : TIE
Based on my experience and testing with both i would pick AVAST(FREE).
