Hi.

About a few days I started noticing redirects happening on many websites to addmitad.com (I attach "Redirections list.png with any examples). I used Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and I attach files Addition.txt and FRST.txt

Thank you for your help.

Hi.

It seems to have worked. I notice that the Rainmenter program has been removed. Was it the culprit?

I attach Fixlog.txt

Thank you.

No, it didn't work. I haven't reinstalled the rainmeter program and the redirects are still the same. The problem is with the browser Opera GX. There are no redirects with Google Chrome.

Edit: FIXED!!! It was an addon. I don't remember the exact name but it was an ad blocker.

Gi,

Glad all is not to normal.

For my information I would appreciate if you could run a Farbar scan and post the fresh logs for my personal review.

It may help me and others with similar problems.

Thanks in advcance.

Hi,

Thank you for the files.

I could not find any add-on in Opera that could have caused the issue.
However Many files were deleted when since you did the last FRST logs. You can remove the entres still in the registry.

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

just let me know if all is well.

Maybe I didn't explain it well. I already deleted the addon before running the program and the problem was solved, and I guess that's why there's nothing in the file.

II know. The last Fix is just to remove the remnant items and clean the Registry.

Your call if you want to execute it.
