I haven't really used this computer enough to experience many problems. The only activity I've had on it has been to remove McAffee, install Avast, and use MS Edge to communicate with you and download the files I've been asked to. I'm new to Windows10 so I might have done something that triggered the installation of Chrome by getting email, but I've tried to avoid using any browser but Edge (with the idea that if it gets infected but the other browsers are clean, I could do without Edge). I remember reading somewhere that Trovi isn't activated until you use Explorer, Chrome, or Firefox. Only Chrome and Edge are installed and I don't remember installing Chrome myself. Have you seen any evidence that Trovi is active on my computer in the logs I've sent? I took screenshots on my phone of the Lenovo software agreement before I clicked to accept, mainly because it said that Trovi was included in with the Lenovo software. That is the only reason I suspect that Trovi is even on my machine. If sending you copies of the screenshots that refer to Trovi would help, let me know.
